We ship to many locations across Canada direct to your door from our manufacturers' distribution centres. If you have any questions, please contact us. We'd be happy to help you in any way we can.

Please Note:

  • • For a limited time we are offering free regular shipping to major destinations within Canada. This offer is for purchases of new air purifier units only. Shipment of replacement filters and accessories are excluded.
  • • We ship to Canadian addresses only.
  • • Northern Canada and areas considered remote will incur shipping costs, if we are able to deliver. Please call for a quote.
  • • There are no import/export duties or customs brokerage fees for our Canadian customers.
  • • In the case of returned units, customers will pay shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after payment has cleared.

Depending on the shipping address, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from the time it is shipped out. For any concerns, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Neither The Clean Air Coach nor the manufacturer is responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

We do not deliver to post office box addresses.

Orders Refused On Delivery

For orders refused upon delivery, customers are liable for all outbound and return shipping charges and insurance, plus a 25% restocking fee.

Neither The Clean Air Coach nor the manufacturer are responsible for product lost or damaged while it is being returned to us for any reason.

Keep all packaging and paperwork from each purchase in case you need to return product for any reason.
